Actress Jessica Biel rear boasts is nice, both in form and by his firmness. Unlike other celebrities, she relies solely on sports. Every day you see on TV during commercials: "Consumption of salt, sugar and fat,seriously harms health" or "Eat at least 2 liters of water.

Actress Jessica Biel, best known for her passion for fitness and sports in general turned her body into one of Hollywood's most desired.

"I work five hours each day, sometimes more if I train for a movie. And it's hard - very hard! " she said. She is taking care of what she's eating, but this thing doesn't transform in a drastic diet.
"I have to find a balance, especially when it comes to food. Do not live by the idea that I can never allow a small culinary delight. I eat what I like, only in small portions. I always split the food in two and eat everything but just one half. Not perfect, not always respect this rule, but if you want to look good, it takes sacrifices ", said Jessica.
