Tim McGraw, award-winning country singer, decided not to perform in the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards according to Access Hollywood. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, McGraw had a “major disagreement” with the producers of the show resulting to the sudden change.
It was confirmed by McGraw’s representative saying that Entertainment Weekly’s report was ‘accurate.’ A representative from ACMs didn’t comment on the issue but added that the country singer is still set to perform at George Strait tribute. Two sources have told EW that McGraw walked out of ACMs rehearsal yesterday maybe over a problem with the production design.
McGraw has relatively a remarkable career in country music. He has sold more than 40 million albums, and his hits include "Don't Take the Girl", "I Like It, I Love It", "Something Like That", "It's Your Love,” and many more.
