One year after Jackson's death, there were published some of the requirements noted by the King of Pop in his will.
British weekly "News of the World" published in the first most important desires of the Megastar.
Maybe some of the latter desires seems a bit misplaced, but this is how Michael Jackson considered to be most appropriate to divide property:
- My children each received $ 33 million
- My mother, Katherine, called by this will the custodian of the children receives $ 100 million
- My former wives, Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley, are not receiving anything
- My brothers and sisters do not get anything
- My father does not receive anything
- 20% of assets at the time of death will be donated to charitable foundations
- The children have access to some of the money at the age of 30 years. Until then, the will require from the custodian (my mother, Katherine, and singer Diana Ross)
- Although she gets the custody of my children after my mother's death, Katherine, Diana Ross doesn't get anything
- The children will receive the entire amount when each will fulfill 40 years old
- The children will chose which foundations to donate 20% of wealthby FW Editor |
