| Paris Hilton's Parents Feel Relieved that She Is No Longer Dating Doug Reinhardt |

Paris Hilton and her parents, including grandfather Barron, went out to celebrate her new status: single. Rick and Kathy, Paris' parents, were happy telling everyone their daughter is no longer dating Doug Reinhardt. "Paris has been over him for a while and felt bad ending it," some sources told about the split. "She broke up with him weeks ago."
A major problem causing the break-up of the couple seems to be the reality show Doug had in development. As we have known so far, he had already shot a pilot for. An insider revealed: "He was trying to force Paris into doing his reality show and that caused an argument. She has her own show going on."
But, what about Doug?
As some latest news, it seems Reinhardt cannot face the idea that Paris left him. So, he has been trying to take her back. According to many sources, there's no minimal for them to be together again. "She hasn't seen him in almost a month," one Paris close friend told the reporters..
Too many of Paris' friends said she always thought Doug's motivation to stay in this relationship was to get photographed and keep the front page of the tabloids. "She felt like he didn't love her for the right reasons," said the source.
So, what we know for sure is what Paris Hilton's rep tells to E! News: "The relationship between Paris and Doug is over. She broke up with him more than 2 weeks ago."
On the other hand, Doug is trying hardly to show to the world his side of the story: "Despite what many uninformed tabloid journalists are saying, Paris and I met at her house last night and have decided to split (again). It's unfortunate that things are being said about us that are inaccurate. I continue to wish her only the best."
What we can tell you for sure is that Paris and Reggie Bush, Kim's ex-boyfriend, will not be together, as we saw them both partying last Saturday night in Las Vegas. Despite the fact that they met there, they did not talk.
