In a time when Mariah Carey has called off several performances for the time being, her publicist Cindi Berger has confirmed to People magazine that there is no need to worry about any serious cause behind the postponements. "These dates have been postponed and not cancelled," she said.
Among the appearances rescheduled are performances at Hollywood Walk of Fame on August 25 and Today on August 28. Her schedule also included appearance in an episode of "Storytellers" on VH1.
It is also being said that Carey is working on her upcoming album, "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel", which will be released on September 29. But that's not all. Mariah Carey is really busy. She is preparing for the launch of her own line of perfume and also promoting her new movie, "Precious".
