| Mistress Number 5 Provides Email Proof of the Affair with Jesse James |

Merilee Gerth has recently became the fifth James' mistress, as she came forward with an email in order to how it as prove of her affair with Sandra's ex-husband.
Mistress Number 5 is a former West Coast Choppers employee. It was recently reported by RadarOnline.com that James fired Gerth, the mother of two, after they had ended their affair. Merilee Gerth moved forward by intending to file a sexual harassment suit against her former employer. Gerth hired Gloria Allred to represent her. Allred also represented James' mysterious fourth mistress. It seems that they went on for a reported six-figure sum.
Merilee Gerth started by making public the email correspondence between her and Jesse, as well as a number of sexually-charged conversations. Here is one of the emails from James to Gerth: "Morning!......you look pretty Hot today......juss fyi."
Moreover, a close friend of Merilee's said recently to RadarOnline.com. "He was terrified of the emails and other evidence that she had against him. What he didn't know was that she had saved a shirt that had his DNA on it from one of their sexual encounters and that was what sunk him."
The same friend told: "Jesse and Merilee dated for a little while years before he met Sandra, so Jess said that it was an old shirt from when they dated. But Merilee was able to prove by the design and make of the shirt that it was something current and didn't exist back when they dated."
"I don't know if I believed Merilee that it was really sexual harassment or not. She seemed to be setting Jesse up with the shirt and all. But there were definitely days when she would cry and say that she didn't want to go to work because Jesse was going to harass her, so I don't know what to think," the inside source continued.
Merilee Gerth joins the group of Jesse's mistresses. She is the fifth one, after we have heard about Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee, Brigitte Daguerre, Melissa Smith, and an anonymous woman, all of them claiming they had some sexual affairs with Sandra's ex-hubby.
