Lindsay Lohan Is Done With Jail Sentence

Wednesday, November 9 2011

Once again it was proved that the American justice system is a joke. Lindsay Lohan checked into Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., last night at 8:48 p.m. and she was released early this morning, at approximately 1:30 a.m. Brutal! Basically, a 30-day sentence was cut down to less than five hours.
Just a few days ago Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear that there is no way she will evade this new jail sentence for her repeated probation-violating ways, but Lohan has done it again.
Lohan can thank jail overcrowding… again. All non-violent criminals, sentenced to 90 days or less, are usually released almost immediately in the L.A area. With not enough space to hold them, the system has no choice but to prioritize, allowing riffraff like LiLo to skate.
What a joke!
