Levi Johnston To Seek Joint Custody For His Son

Levi Johnston To Seek Joint Custody For His Son

Thursday, November 12 2009

The relationship between Levi Johnston and the Palins has really worsen prompting the former to file a legal action for the joint custody of his son with ex-girlfriend Bristol, the daughter of the former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

"It's not working. I'm done," Johnston told The Insider. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge." The move came after the young dad was having a difficult time to be with his child Tripp.

Johnston will reportedly pursue the case at the end of the month. Thomas Van Flein, the ex-governor's lawyer, told Britain's The Guardian, "Other than noting that Tripp's father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly."
