Lady Gaga- Stop Bullying and Be Nice
Lady Gaga- Stop Bullying and Be Nice

Friday, March 23 2012

Lady Gaga Lady Gaga is officially launching the "Born This Way Foundation" to inspire children all around the world to be kind and brave.

Lady Gaga wasn't always the worldwide famous artist she is now. Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, as she was known before becoming Lady Gaga, used to be bullied in high school. She remembered how she returned from gym class one day and discovered profanity scrawled on her locker. "It sticks with you and it hurts. And I went home and cried. I didn't want to go to school," she said.

Her story isn't unique unfortunately. On any given day, 160,000 students opt to stay home because they are afraid of being bullied. An alarming number, which makes her task even more ambitious, don't you think?

We wish her good luck!
