The battle over Michael Jackson's estate has heated up as seen in the court documents wherein Michael's mom Katherine Jackson demanded the fast production of the singer's financial documents and contracts.
She said in the papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, "The special administrators (of Jackson's estate) have, up to this point, refused all requests." The administrators are "apparently intent on keeping her in the dark as much and for as long as possible."
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer of the two executors named by Michael in his will, answered the allegations, "The Special Administrators have and will continue to provide timely information to Mrs. Jackson's counsel regarding potential business opportunities for the Estate… Any inference that we have not been forthcoming in providing information to Katherine Jackson's attorneys is not accurate."
