After the mediation hearing in Pennsylvania over the weekend, Jon and Kate Gosselin finally agreed to dissolve their marriage and their custody battle.
"This was the proceeding that essentially ended their marriage," a source stated. "Kate is just relieved that a very painful chapter of her life is nearly over, and she is looking forward to building a better, brighter future for herself and her kids."
Moreover, Jon "didn't dispute Kate having primary custody of the kids." The event became juicier when Jon brought a bouquet of roses for his wife as a peace offering. The source added, "In what should have been their most serious moment as a couple. Jon again resorted to a publicity stunt."
