As we all know, Beyonce was the main subject of rumors last week. She was supposed to be pregnant! But were there any real facts to prove that gossip or not?
We should take a close look at this subject and try to put the pieces together. Let us see what we find out!
As we try to discover something, we discover nothing at all. There are no pictures of Beyonce taken by some paparazzi where we might see some traces of pregnancy. The only thing we know is the speculation on Media TakeOut.
We all have witnessed that in the gossip industry, MediaTakeOut has gained a poor reputation for accuracy. We cannot say they cannot be right. However, if we take into consideration all their news along time, the chances that Beyonce is pregnant are minimal, if not zero.
I will try to explain this to you. In this world of name-brand gossip columnist, you cannot afford to get a big story like this wrong. There will always be an editor very glad to decapitate you. Moreover, you will end up in a process ruining your reputation. If we are talking about a blog, we see there is no-one to answer to. In other words, you can throw a lot of stuff and rumors and then wait for them to spread around.
Just for the record, we have to tell you that the couple denied all those rumors on GossipCop. A source close to Beyonce said "she is not pregnant".
On the other hand, we should try to be fair with MediaTakeOut too. In addition, we have found three reasons why the couple's stuff might not tell the truth to the media.
The first main reason could be the unwritten law in the celebrity industry that PR always denies a client's pregnancy for the first three months. This is generally done in order to protect the woman in the situation she might lose the baby.
The second reason could be the exclusive interview with Beyonce announcing her pregnancy. This would be in command for the cover of a prestigious magazine. In addition, if the rep confirms her pregnancy to anyone that asks beforehand, that publicity payoff will be ruined.
The third reason for which we should trust MediaTakeOut is that we all know how Beyonce usually protects her privacy more than most other celebrities. In many face-to-face interviews of her over the years, media have seen Beyonce to be nice and friendly. On the other hand, the hot singer was always silent on personal details. She somehow manages to be very charming in not telling absolutely anything regarding her personal life! We are talking about matters like her sister Solange's teenage pregnancy and her own marriage to Jay-Z.
After all what should we think? Is Beyonce pregnant or not? Of course, there is a possibility, but the source on the story is so weak as to be non-existent. I am tryiong to make a balance and I think I should say probably not at the end.by FW Editor |
