The audience residing on the west coast of the United States of America used to watch the Golden Globe Awards after a delay of 3 hours. But, that is going to change, according to an announcement by the Hollywood Foreign Press on Thursday.
On behalf of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, president Jorge Camara said that they were delighted to declare that the Golden Globe Awards ceremony of this year will be broadcasted live throughout the country.
The broadcast timing of the 67th Golden Globe has been scheduled at 5 pm Pacific Standard Time on January 17 and will be aired on NBC in the USA. The nominations for this year's Golden Globe will be declared on December 15.
The Golden Globe is one of the most watched awards ceremony in the United States. The reason they are going to broadcast live across the USA is because they want the audience to be live with them.
