Last year we have reported how Elin Nordegren, the former wife of Tiger Woods , buys an insane expensive mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida for a whopping $12.3 million. The mansion is now demolished by a bulldozer. Elin wants to build a new palace on the lot as we speak.
According to officials, Nordegren is living in the San Remo condominiums, an oceanfront development in nearby June Beach, while her new palace is being built.
According to a real estate agent who is familiarized with the area, the 77-acre development is among the top five most exclusive communities in Palm Beach Country. For example, a similar mansion on the same street as Elin Nordegren’s house is now worth around $18.9 million. We can only imagine what her new house is going to be worth.by FW Editor |
