When interviewed about one of her pet projects, the soap "Palabra de Mujer", Edith Gonzalez declared that the novella is a very realistic one - "These four women are professionals, trying to live their lives as best they can. Every woman can identify with the four characters from Palabra de Mujer".
Edith played Vanessa, who is a strong woman, but at the same time fragile. She has many options, but she's at an impasse and seems lost most of the times. When asked how much of Vanessa there actually is in her, the actress said "very little- Vanessa is a divorcee with three children, one lost.
Even if she is a professional - a magazine editor and then a producer - she is also a housewife. I can categorize myself anyway, but not as being domestic."by FW Editor |
