Drew Barrymore and Justin Long dated for more than a year before they split in July 2008. Recently, they were seen together at the premiere of Barrymore's HBO film Grey Gardens, and they were vocal about their admiration to each other. The two remain dear friends above all.
"I adore him. And I thank God that my friend supports me the way he does," the actress noted. Barrymore and Long were cuddling each other during the screening. They were holding each other's hands, embracing, whispering, leaning over to the other, having some quick smooch, and posing for photos.
When asked about the actress' film, Long commented, "I'm so proud and stunned. It's unbelievable. She lost herself completely. It's an amazing, beautiful, transformative performance. She's one of the greats."
