Movieweb.com informs us that the actor Cillian Murphy, who recently starred in Inception, is in advanced talks to be part of the distribution of the new movie made by Andrew Niccol, I'm.mortal.
The film takes place somewhere in the future when the aging process stops at 25 years, time has become some kind of a coin and the rich people can become immortal if they pay the right amount of coins while the rest are fighting for survival.
A poor man (Timberlake is still in negotiations for the role) kills a wealthy man and fled, taking hostage a girl, played by Amanda Seyfried. They discover that love is stronger than immortality.
Cillian Murphy would interpret the role of a member of an organization called Timekeepers.
Filming would begin in October and the film will reach cinemas in 2012.by FW Editor |
