During the Film Society of Lincoln Center Gala Tribute to actor Tom Hanks, Bruce Springsteen asked her wife to come onstage saying, 'May I bring out my lovely wife?' When Patti Scialfa was entering the stage, Springsteen gave his wife a smooch to the delight of the audience.
The couple, who was married for 17 years, experienced rough situations in the past weeks. For one, Scialfa got bruises after falling from her horse that caused the guitarist not to take part in an E-Street Band concert.
Besides, Springsteen was identified as the other man of Ann C. Kelly when her husband Arthur J. Kelley filed for their divorce. The musician later denied the accusation.
Scialfa and Springsteen were seen enjoying each other's company during the tribute on the Alice Tully Hall stage. They even performed the Oscar Award-winning song, Philadelphia.
