Brad Paisley and Wife Disclose Son's Name

Tuesday, April 21 2009

by Joe Halls

Grammy-winning singer Brad Paisley and wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley revealed the name of their second son who was born on April 17, 2009.

Their son's name is Jasper Warren Paisley. His middle name comes from the singer's grandfather who encouraged Brad to be inclined further with music. Their first son, William Huckleberry, is now 2 years old.

The couple tied the knot on March 15, 2003 at Stauffer Chapel on the campus of Pepperdine University. In 2004, Brad's single off his album Mud on the Tires, Little Moments, was reportedly inspired by his wife. The beginning of the song highlights these lyrics: "Well I'll never forget the first time that I heard that pretty mouth say that dirty word. And I can't even remember now, what she backed my truck into. But she covered her mouth and her face got red and she just looked so darn cute. That I couldn't even act like I was mad- Yeah I live for little moments like that."
