There is no doubt that almost every 50 Cent fan has seen or heard about the infamous Lastonia Leviston sex tape, which is at the core of the Jackson vs.Leviston lawsuit.
The action was first brought to court on the 23rd of February 2010 in New York City, when Lastonia claimed 50 Cent had willingly and unlawfully distributed her homemade sex video over the Internet.
What's more, he apparently edited himself into the video as a wig-wearing narrator. The obvious charges against the rapper were that he used her name and image without permission and that he had caused her emotional distress.
This aforementioned tape was apparently made with a lover of Lastonia in 2008. 50 Cent was apparently contacted through his lawyer to respond to the allegations but there was reaction on his part so far.by FW Editor |
