If you have seen Oscar, then certainly you will think that Sylvester Stallone would be ideal for the role of John Gotti.

According to the TMZ, Sly was in negotiations to play the role of mobster John Gotti. Actually Sylvester Stallone is in talks with Gotti's son, Junior John.

The story will illustrate the tumultuous father-son relationship that he had with his father John Gotti.

John Gotti (born October 27 1940 in The Bronx, New York, U.S. - died June 10 2002 in Springfield, Missouri, USA) was the Gambino mafia family head, after previous chief Paul Castellano died. John Gotti was the most powerful mob boss of his period.

It was a very proud person, very noisy with a flamboyant style, features which have drawn attention to his activities, resulting the collapse from the role of capo di tutti capi.

In 1992, Gotti was convicted of 13 murders, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to murder, illegal gambling, extortion and tax evasion, receiving the punishment of life imprisonment, where he died 10 years later of cancer.
