Actress Natasha Richardson suffered an accident while skiing. She was at a ski resort in Canada. The resort mentioned that she was in a stable condition after tha accident and had no visible signs of any serious injury. The ski instructor gathered other skiers to take the actress to the foot of the hill where they were skiing. After going to her room, Richardson began feeling ill nearly an hour later.
She was admitted at the Hopital du Sacre-Coeur in Montreal after being shifted from a local hospital. Her husband flew in from Toronto to support her.
Neither the hospital nor Richardson's agent commented about her accident. Her whole family is under heavy distress.
