I think everyone remembers the famous 80s TV series "MacGyver" starring Richard Dean Anderson.
That show was a real inspiration and had a huge success. "MacGyver" became a popular name in a relatively short time.
Now, SNL is launching a new "MacGyver" wanna be show: MacGruber. Beside the similar name, MacGruber is trying to bring the same idea, but using the 2010 movie technology. The new star it Will Forte, a young actor, unnoticed until now.
Even if "MacGruber" is just at the beginning, a question must be raised: Who would you prefer? It is MacGruber better or just another dull copy after a famous '80s TV series?by FW Editor |
