As first reported by TMZ.com, Angelina Jolie, who was filming her upcoming movie in Long Island, was immediately rushed to the hospital after she bumped her head on the set.
Her manager said that the famous actress got the minor injury while performing a particular stunt on the film.
In a statement, Sony stated, "This morning, while filming an action sequence during production of her new movie Salt, Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed."
As of now, Jolie is already out of danger and has resumed filming the said thriller entitled Salt.
