The Arctic Region is an ocean, mostly covered with a permanent stratum of ice. The ocean is limited by islands and North America, Europe and Siberia.

Geographical Characteristics
The Iced Ocean has a 14 million km²­ surface and its depth is 3.000 m. in the summers you can navigate around Canada's north coast. Many big rivers, Mackenzie in North America and Ob Lena and Enisa in Eurasia, flows into the Iced Ocean during the summers and in the winters they are frozen.
