Teresa Noreen was born on December 22, 1976, in Spokane, Washington. Initially, she studied architecture and accounting from Washing State University and Spokane Falls Community College. She joined the United States Air Force in the second and served there till she honorably discharged from the USAF. After her Air Force career, Teresa relocated to Georgia. There she pursued a career in entertainment.
