Spencer Tracy (1900-1967) was an American actor, noted for his understated, seemingly effortless natural performances.

Short Biography:

His films include Captains Courageous in 1937 and Boys' Town in 1938 (for both of which he won Academy Awards), and he starred with Katharine Hepburn in nine films, including Adam's Rib in 1949 and Guess Who's Coming to Dinner in 1967. His other films include Bad Day at Black Rock in 1955.
