Peter O'Toole (born in 1932) made his name in the title role of Lawrence of Arabia in 1962, and who then starred in such films as Beckett in 1964 and The Lion in Winter in 1968 until the early 1970s.

Subsequent appearances were few and poorly received by critics until The Stuntman in 1978.
