James Tully was born on Monday, April 18, 1983 in Denver, Colorado. Artist and underground filmmaker James Tully lives in New York. Best known for 'Stylized Banalities', a semi-narrative film screened at New York's Whitney Museum as a commentary of the 'Warhol Look' exhibition.
