He was born on January 10, 1906 in Tulcea, Romania. He was a Romanian mathematician and is considered the father of Romanian Informatics.

Biography and Career :

In 1924 he joins in The Polytechnic Faculty, at the construction section, but he has a bigger calling who leads him towards The Mathematics Faculty, which he attends it in the same time.

Here he has many important teachers: Dimitrie Pompeiu (his mentor), Gheorghe Titeica, Traian Lalescu, Anton Davidoglu.
