Francois Duvalier was born on April 14, 1907 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He was the President of Haiti between 1957 - 1971.

Biography and Career:

After receiving his M.D. in 1934, Duvalier was appointed as director general of the National Public Health Service in 1946 under Pres. Dumarsais Estime.
