Dorothy Richardson (1873-1957) was a English novelist whose Works were collected under the title Pilgrimage in 1938.
Short Biography:
She used the "stream of consciousness" technique to great effect and has been linked with Virginia Woolf in creating a specifically feminine genre. Woolf credited her as having invented "the psychological sentence of the feminine gender".
