Charlie Baltimore was born in 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. She is a famous Hip Hop Artist and Rapper. Charlie's father was German and her mother was African American. She graduated from Peirce College and became a certified paralegal.

In the summer of 1995 she met "The Notorious B.I.G", in the start of their relationship he introduced her to Lance "Un" Rivera, who signed her for the first contract. He first debut appearance was with Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s "Get Money".
