Blondie is a punk rock band founded in 1975.

Biography and Career :

Guitarist Chris Stein, Deborah Harry, a singer, along drummer Clem Burke, keyboard player Jimmy Destri and bass player Gary Valentine founded the "Angel and the Snake" band which later became "Blondie". They started singing in New York clubs like Club 51, Max's Kansas City and CBGB and soon were a popular group.
