Henry Campbell Black was the founder of Black's Law Dictionary, the definitive legal dictionary first published in 1891. He was born in October 17, 1860 and passed away in March 19, 1927. His birth place is in Ossining, New York. Henry was also the editor of The Constitutional Review from 1917 until his death in 1927. He was also the editor of the group's journal, The Constitutional Review, for the first ten years of its existence, from 1917 until his death in 1927.
