Sir Austen Joseph Chamberlain (1863-1937) was a British Conservative politician, elder son of Joseph Chamberlain.
Short Biography:
As foreign secretary 1924-1929 he negotiated the Pact of Locamo (settling Germany's West frontiers), for which he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1925, and signed the Kellogg-Briand pact (renouncing war) in 1928.
