Albert Reynolds (born in 1933) joined Fianna Fail in 1977, and held various government posts including minister for industry and commerce 1987-1988 and minister of finance 1989-1992.
Short Biography:
He became prime minister when Charles Haughey was forced to resign in January 1992, but his government was defeated on a Vote of confidence November 1992.
