Ainett Stephens was born on January 28, 1982, in Caracas, Venezuela. She stepped in the world of modelling as a teenager. Ainett was crowned Miss Bolivar in the year 2000.

As Miss Bolivar, she qualified to enter Miss Venezuela in 2000. Ainett ranked fourth in the prestigious beauty pageant. But it wasn't entirely a loss as she was titled Miss Congeniality by her contenders.
