Situated on two rivers near the Yorkshire Moors, York is a fascinating and memorable place to explore. My first visit there was organizes while I was in my last year at school. Since it was a history trip, York seemed to be the best choice as it is such a well-preserved city which has been of historical importance of nearly two thousands years.
