There were many other types of uniform worn by Roman soldiers of different rank. Try to find out how the Centurions, Legionaries, Auxiliaries, Tribunes and Cavalry soldiers were dressed. The Roman Legion usually had between 5000 and 6000 soldiers and was commanded by a Commanding Officer, with 5 or 6 tribunes below him each responsible for about 10 centurions.
