Jeanne Madden, former film and stage star was born on November 10, 1917, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She was bitten by the acting bug very early on and she had been chosen for many leading roles in her high school plays at Central High. Jeanne was only 18 years old when she starred in her first film "Stage Struck" with Dick Powell, Joan Blondell and under the direction of Busby Berkeley.
