Carmen Perez was born on October 25, 1973 in Bronx and she is a famous actress, producer and a writer. Born in Bronx, New York and moving to Puerto Rico at the age of 10. She joined the U.S. Army when she was just 17 years old, being stationed in Germany, South Korea & Washington, D.C. Shortly after being discharged, she entered the acting world.
