Abel Baer is a famous songwriter, composer, author and pianist, who was born on March 16, 1893, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He gave up dentistry for his interest towards music. He joined a music composer in 1920, in New York. He studied at the College of Physicians. In 1929, he came to Hollywood and wrote a few songs for some sound films along with Nora Bayes.
