Mark Andrew Spitz (born in 1950) won a record seven gold medals at the 1972 Olympic Games, all in world record times.
Short Biography:
He won 11 Olympic medals in total (four in 1968) and set 26 world records 1967-72. After retiring in 1972 he became a movie actor and two of his films were candidates for "The Worst of Hollywood".
