It all began when the phone rang. I answered lazily and heard a man's voice who was asking for Mrs. Brown.

'Speaking', I said. The man introduced himself saying that he was a friend of my husband's and that he wanted to tell me something very important.

'What is it about? My husband isn't at home and I don't want to waste my time with unimportant things and especially with an unknown person.'
