There are many electronic gadgets on which Eddie Van Halen has worked. One such gadget is an amplifier.

Eddie, in the early years used a 100 watt Marshall Amplifier, which dates it to the 1967-1968 transitional periods at Marshall when the circuit of the 100 watt Marshall 1959 changed gradually from the "Bass" circuit to the "Super Lead" circuit. Eddie's main Marshall had a white knob installed at the back of his Marshall Head. This change was seen from his photographs.
