Whitney Houston Album Tops Billboard Chart

According to Nielsen SoundScan, the comeback album of Whitney Houston, I Look to You, sold 305,000 copies making it the highest selling album this week.



As of now, the album already spawned two singles, I Look to You and Million Dollar Bill featuring Grammy-award winner Alicia Keys as one of the writers.



Houston's last album, 2002's Just Whitney, only peaked at number 9 selling 205,000 copies in its first week. Moreover, five new compilations are in the top 10 of Billboard 200. Trey Songz's Ready bows at the third spot with 131,000.



Hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse debuts at number 4 with Bang! Pow! Boom! while rock trio Chevelle's Sci-Fi Crimes is the sixth placer. Pitbull's Rebelution sits on number 8 and Used's Artwork starts at the tenth place with 35,000.
