The last week was a little bit dramatic, as it started when Kate Gosselin was eliminated form Dancing With the Stars.
There also has been the scandal photo of the Oscar winner Sandra Bullock.
Despite the fact that these two women are on opposite sides of the Hollywood spectrum, they only made up a small part of the news this week.
Here there is the seven days' celebrity news.
The week starts with the voters' decision to eliminate Kate Gosselin from the Dancing With the Stars. It looks like America yelled at her: "You're grounded!" suddenly, Kate burst into tears. Maybe that was the reason that determined to devote several minutes to an exit interview for the first time in DWTS history. Kate was only talking about how much she wanted to stay with her kids. She flew home, took some stuff, and left again. As we have seen so far, there is an entire campaign trying to make Kate looking like a fairy godmother. Otherwise, no one seems to be noticing her missing from the Monday show. There would be Lane Bryant, of course.
Sandra Bullock is back again, together with her grace, beauty, and talent, but without any wedding ring on her finger. The paparazzi found her while hiking in the Northern California woods last week. Sandra only needed some fresh air away from paparazzi flashes and daring questions. She wanted something quiet for herself and her thoughts.
Last week brought up also splits and break ups. Charlie Sheen and Broke Mueller are now officially apart, according to E!News. it looks that "Charlie has returned to old habits" and "Brooke has moved out of their family home." At least, this is what an insider tells. Apart from this, things are not so bad after all, since "Brooke and Charlie still talk," adds the same source, even if "they don't see each other." We could think of some reconciliation between the two, as none of them says anything about divorce. Maybe there is still a hope.
Bret Michaels suffered a brain hemorrhage late Thursday. He is now in a critical condition in a Los Angeles hospital. The VH1 reality star has been complaining head pain lately, according to his friends. Doctors found that his brain stem was bleeding. Even if Michaels' rep did not make any statement to give details on his condition, we can only pray for the current contestant on Celebrity Apprentice to get a quick recovery.
Why does Crystal Bowersox consider Ryan Seacrest out of his minds? It seems Seacrest was recounting how he talked Crystal out of leaving the American Idol competition. Just for the record, Crystal is on top six, keeping an eye on the prize. The beautiful Bowersox has no intention to go anywhere!
The centuries-dormant volcano has kept the front pages of the magazines for days, as its spreading ash into European sky blocked too many people's plans. Among these persons there are important ones, including Barack Obama or Miley Cyrus, Annie Lennox or Metallica. They all had to postpone or cancel different events as there was no possibility for them to get where they needed to.
