I believe everyone is aware of the Thomas Hearings issue. His former aide, Anita Hill claimed sexual harassment while attending a shopping mall opening in Omaha.
Now it has been proven over time that celebrities often feel like they have the right and obligation to give their opinion on such matters. Vanna White also felt in her right to speak out on this particular issue. She used her public forum and she declared that she believes this shouldn't have been turned into a public spectacle.
What's more, the "Wheel of Fortune" figure also declared "People often say I am a sex symbol. And guys make passes at me and blow whistles at me," she said. "I just throw it off my back. I don't think anything of it. That's the way it is. If someone raped me, that's a different story."by FW Editor |
