Uma Thurman's fiance and Swiss multimillionaire Arpad Busson is delighted about the actress' charitable heart aside from her beauty and appeal.
During the Cookie Magazine Smart Cookie Awards in New York that was held at Rose Hall in Jazz at Lincoln Center, Busson exclaimed, "Of course, I'm proud of her." In the event, Thurman was awarded for her help in Room to Grow. It is a non-profit organization that assists poor children especially in the first three years of their lives.
"Loving a child, wanting your children to have the greatest chances in life... makes you feel a real empathy with other parents. All my life I grew up in many different places, in a lot of different countries. And I saw a lot of poverty and what it can do... there is no justice in how it discriminates or selects people," said Urman in her past interviews.
The businessman expressed his happiness and said, "She's just an all around mother and professional ... and a great beauty."
